The story of the manga is as follow: In first time the new president of the school council is from first course. Her name is Kurokami Medaka. She is choosed with 98% of the voices. She promises to pay attention to everyone who gave a suggestion for improving things at school or their personal problems.
Medaka comes from a rich family. She`s very tallanted and what she try she succeed and have prizes. She asks her childhood friend Hitoyoshi Zenkichi to join in School Council to help her. He loves her and he agrees.
The kendo club are the first who ask help from Medaka.
